- Generally completed after the TTM Worker, this course is the next step in your TTM career. With successful completion of both US31959 (NP) and US31960 (P) of the TMO training, you are able to complete shoulder closures without an STMS, maintain stop/go closures in the absence of an STMS, and more.
- Training consists of 8 hour in-class training delivered by a TTM Trainer. This is followed by part 2 of on-the-job coaching by a TTM Mentor and then moving onto the final assessment by the TTM Assessor.
- Learning will consist of: how to mind a worksite in the absence of the STMS, undertaking a roadside activity, completing inspection activities, and more.
- The assessment for the TMO-NP course occurs progressively during the in-class training and is "open book".

Description
TTM Worker (US31958):
Often described as the foundation course to TTM and seen as "the start" of your Temporary Traffic Management career. The TTM Worker course is the first step working in a TTM crew under a TMO or STMS. It consists of in class learning, practical mentoring in a controlled environment and a practical assessment on the live road.
At the end of the training the TTM worker will know:
- The role and responsibilities of a TTM worker,
- The correct use of PPE to be worn at a worksite,
- The framework for a TTM worksite,
- About the traffic management plan (TMP).
