Hi, I’m Annemie van Tonder. I love bringing creativity into everything I do, whether that’s in the training room or through DIY projects at home. My background includes experience in occupational therapy and ACC, which has given me a strong understanding of health, safety, and working well with people from all walks of life. I’m passionate about delivering training that’s clear, engaging, and empowering — especially for those who might not usually thrive in a traditional classroom. Outside of work, I enjoy getting stuck into hands-on projects and being actively involved in my kids’ school community. I believe that learning should be practical, encouraging, and definitely a little bit fun!

Hi, I’m Riku van Tonder. I’ve worked in the Temporary Traffic Management industry for over ten years, across both on-the-ground operations and leadership roles. I’m passionate about delivering training that’s practical, relatable, and helps people feel confident in what they do. Outside of work, I’m a professional archer and have had the privilege of representing New Zealand internationally. The focus and discipline I’ve gained through archery definitely carry over into how I train and support others. I enjoy creating a relaxed, supportive environment where learners feel encouraged to ask questions, grow their skills, and succeed.
